RCO thermal storage catalytic combustion furnace
Product features: Through activated carbon adsorption, high air volume and low concentration organic waste gas can be concentrated into low air volume and high concentration waste gas, which can then be processed in the RCO device, saving operating costs. After collecting the exhaust gas with excellent results, it undergoes pre-treatment and then enters the activated carbon adsorption device. The gas maintains a certain residence time in the activated carbon bed layer, and VOCs in the gas are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon. After being discharged from the activated carbon bed layer, the clean gas can be directly discharged through the induced draft fan. After being treated by RCO, the clean gas is heated to a certain temperature and used as the desorption air, which is then desorbed through the activated carbon bed, The concentrated organic matter desorbed from the activated carbon adsorption device enters the RCO device and is decomposed through noble metal catalysts. The decomposition temperature is between 200-250 ℃, and the organic waste gas is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, which are then circulated. After the waste gas is desorbed and decomposed, it is discharged into a chimney and meets the emission standards.
