4. Compared with the dust collector of the same volume, the filtration area is relatively large, the filtration wind speed is small, and the resistance is not large.
5. The ash cleaning method of the stand-alone dust collector adopts the pulse jet online ash cleaning method, and the ash cleaning process is automatically controlled by the pulse controller; A plurality of filter cartridges are arranged in the dust collector to increase its effective filtration area, and when a certain (pair) filter cartridge meets the setting requirements of ash cleaning, the injection device is started for ash cleaning, and other filter cartridges work normally, so that the ash cleaning effect is achieved without affecting the operation of the equipment, so that the dust collector can run continuously; When the filter cartridge in a dust removal chamber meets the requirements of ash cleaning, the injection device is started for ash cleaning, and other dust removal chambers work normally, so that the dust cleaning effect can be guaranteed and the dust collector can run continuously.
