Product Structure
1. The frame of the frame bag filter is composed of beams, columns, diagonal braces, etc., and the key point of the frame design is to have enough strength and rigidity to support the box, ash weight and the active load during maintenance and overhaul, and to prevent damage in case of special circumstances such as earthquakes, winds and snow.
2. BOX ENCLOSURE The box of the bag filter is divided into two parts: the filter bag room and the clean room, and the two chambers are separated by flower plates. In the box design is mainly to determine the wall plate and the flower board, the wall plate design should be detailed structural design, the pattern design in addition to referring to similar products is basically the experience of the screen designer.
3. Ash hopper The ash hopper is connected under the box in the ASH HOPPER bag filter to collect the dust falling from the filter bag during ash cleaning and the dust that falls directly into the ash hopper in the gas entering the dust collector. Because the dust in the hopper needs to be discharged, the hopper should gradually shrink, and the four walls are slopes that facilitate the downward flow of dust, and the lower end forms an outlet.
4.
