Response mechanism

2.After receiving a call from the customer, we will make a response in one hour and arrive at the site in 48 hours.
After-sales service
1.As long as our products are correctly installed and used, we are responsible for free maintenance and replacement within 12 months from the date of delivery in case of any product quality issue. The products will not be guaranteed for equipment failure or loss caused by human factors or problem other than quality defect.
2.We will visit our customers every six months to understand the operating conditions of the equipment, ask for suggestions and provide customers with expert consulting service.
3.After the project (product) is accepted and handed over to the end user, the user service engineer will organize product training on site and inspect the training effect, which will be signed by the end user.
