Single chamber vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace
This equipment is used for vacuum quenching of alloy steel materials such as high-speed tool steel, measuring tool steel, and mold steel. It has convection heating function and can achieve processes such as graded quenching and isothermal quenching. It can also be used for heat treatment processes such as tempering, annealing, carburizing, and nitriding. The maximum cooling gas pressure is 6 bar or 10 bar.
It can achieve fast and uniform heating in the low-temperature section, with a reasonable heating chamber structure that makes heating more uniform, reduces heat loss, and saves energy.
Equipped with an efficient copper heat exchanger and a high-speed high-pressure fan, it achieves rapid cooling of the workpiece.
