Used for vacuum brazing of stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, heat-resistant alloys, etc. It is also suitable for vacuum brazing of the same refractory alloys or different metals containing titanium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, etc. Widely used for sealing and discharging vacuum switch tubes (arc extinguishing chambers), as well as brazing titanium alloys, radar shielding nets, EGR coolers, diamond cutting tools, iron chromium aluminum carriers, etc.
Technical features:

In the welding process, the parts are in a vacuum atmosphere or protective atmosphere, which has the advantages of no oxidation, small deformation, no porosity, no flux slag inclusion, bright surface, no pollution process, etc., and can realize multi-channel brazing and simultaneous welding of multiple components.
2. The control system is controlled by PLC, and the temperature is controlled by the intelligent temperature controller, which is accurate, the degree of automation is high, and the operation is simple and reliable.
