A square counter flow fiberglass cooling tower with a single water volume of 100-4000m3/h. It has the characteristics of good thermal performance, low power consumption, good overall tower stability, beautiful appearance, low noise, short construction and installation period, and low cost, and is widely used in enterprises such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power generation.
Features:
1. Standard design conditions: dry bulb temperature 31.5 °C, wet bulb temperature 28 °C, atmospheric pressure 99400Pa, inlet water temperature 42 °C, outlet water temperature 32 °C.
2. The special packing of the inclined trapezoidal wave square tower is selected, which has excellent thermal performance and low ventilation resistance, so that this kind of cooling tower can achieve the design purpose of compact structure and small footprint.
3. The airfoil type fasting structure is used for large diameter, large area, low speed and low dynamic pressure FRP fan blades, and the use of this kind of cooling tower has the remarkable characteristics of energy saving and low noise.
4. The ultra-low noise cooling tower is equipped with a high-efficiency noise reduction device at the air inlet and outlet and in the rain area, so that the effective noise reduction of the cooling tower of the same level can reach 5dB (A).
5. It can be combined in various forms in parallel, which is more suitable for the use of circulating cooling water system with large water volume.
6. The fixed water distribution system is adopted, and the ABS multi-layer flow low-pressure water sprinkler is selected, which has uniform water distribution, long service life, and low water distribution pressure head, which is conducive to saving the water distribution power of the system.
7. BO-160/45 asymmetrical water collector device is set on the water distribution pipe, which has excellent water collection effect and reduces the floating water loss of the cooling tower to less than 0.01%.
8. The tower frame can be made of Q-235 profiles, 304 stainless steel profiles and FRP profiles, and the "304/FRP" frame can be used in an acidic environment with a circulating water pH as low as 1.0.
9. The cooling tower frame with a water volume of 800m3/h can be made of reinforced concrete, although the frame has a slightly longer construction period and a higher one-time investment, it has a long service life and low maintenance costs, and the user can choose according to the actual situation.
10. If the turbidity of circulating water is higher than 50ppm for a long time, or impurities such as oily pollution, it is necessary to choose PVC grid filler or 304 stainless steel baffle plate drip filling according to water quality conditions, and the turbidity of the circulating water suitable for the filler can be extended to 450ppm.
11. The structure is stable, and the maintenance platform is set at the top of the tower, which is more convenient for maintenance and overhaul.
