Circular counter flow cooling tower


The circular counter flow fiberglass cooling tower adopts counter flow gas heat exchange technology. The main body adopts an all steel structure, surrounded by fiberglass panels, and the tower is equipped with maintenance escalators for the normal maintenance and management of the top equipment. The filler adopts high-quality modified PVC inclined ladder wave plates, and achieves uniform water distribution and enhanced cooling effect through rotary or tubular water distribution.

    Illustrate:

    1. The noise is the measured value of Dm at the standard point, that is, it is far from the diameter of the tower wall and 1.5 meters high from the foundation (when the tower diameter is less than 1.5 meters, Dm = 1.5 meters).

    2. The standard design conditions of this series are wet bulb temperature T=28°C, inlet water temperature t1=37°C, and outlet water temperature t2=32°C, that is, water temperature drop △t=5°C, approximation degree t2-T=4°C.

    3. When T=28 °C, △t=5 °C and 8 °C, t2=32 °C and T=27 °C, △t=5 °C and 8 °C, t2=32 °C are listed in this table for reference, please check the thermal performance curve for the cooling water of other parameters.

    4. The water inlet pressure refers to the water pressure at the pipe point 1Kgf/cm2=9.8×104Pa, so the water pressure of this series is between 0.2~0.49Kgf/cm2.
