    How it works

    When the amount of air volume increases during combustion and recovery of low-concentration exhaust gases, not only does it require large-scale equipment, but it also causes the problem of expanding operating costs. By using VOC concentrator devices, the exhaust gas with low concentration and large air volume can be concentrated to high concentration and small air volume, thereby reducing equipment costs and operating costs, and then achieving efficient VOC treatment. In the runner concentration + regenerative incineration device, a large number of various hydrophobic molecules are impregnated into the zeolite, and then after high-temperature combustion, the generated substances can exert a very high VOC adsorption. Zeolite runner adsorption + RTO regenerative thermal oxidation combustion equipment consists of five parts:

    1. Pretreatment system First, through the primary, medium and high reputation filtration method, the fine particles in the waste gas are removed, so that the organic waste gas can meet the cleanliness requirements of zeolite runner adsorption; Then, through the method of heating and humidification, the organic waste gas can meet the temperature and humidity requirements of zeolite runner adsorption.

    2. Zeolite runner adsorption system zeolite can capture VOCs molecules with very low concentration, through the action of the fan, the pretreated organic waste gas through the adsorption area of the zeolite runner, the organic molecules are captured by the unique adsorption hole of the zeolite runner, and the adsorption standard gas is directly discharged into the chimney.

    3. After a period of adsorption of the desorption system, the adsorption area of the zeolite runner will be adsorbed and saturated, at this time, the desorption zone of the zeolite runner is purged with a small heat (200~230 °C), and the organic matter is desorbed from the zeolite and sent to the incinerator through the fan to produce zeolite, so that the zeolite is produced, and so on.

    4. The VOCs gas desorbed from the zeolite molecular sieve by the combustion system is sent to the combustion system through the fan for oxidative combustion, and all the organic waste gas is oxidized into water and carbon dioxide.

    5. Zeolite runner cooling system Because the zeolite is blown and desorpted by hot wind, the temperature becomes high and the organic matter cannot be adsorbed, so it is necessary to cool the zeolite to reduce it to room temperature and protect its adsorption efficiency.
