Urea equipment


We have been focusing on the research and manufacturing of automotive urea equipment for many years, strictly inspecting each batch of offline products in accordance with the national standard GB29518-2013 for automotive urea. At present, we have developed production equipment suitable for China's automobile emission standards, including the National IV, National V, and National V upgraded SCR diesel exhaust purification fluid/AUS32. There are two types of urea production equipment for vehicles: semi-automatic line and fully automatic line. At the same time, this equipment is also versatile and can produce commonly used glass water, antifreeze, car wash, all-purpose water, and tire wax.

    Urea plant operation process

    Step 1: Open the water treatment reverse osmosis equipment, and the water will enter the RO water storage tank after being purified by the reverse osmosis device to meet the standard. When the liquid level rises to the corresponding position, the water is filled.

    Step 2: Open the multi-stage anion and cation purification equipment or EDI electronic removal purification equipment, and purify the purified water of the RO water storage tank to the national standard water standard again. (Note: When the EDI purification equipment is in use, the DEI switch can only be turned on after the EDI drain port is free of bubbles.) )

    Step 3: Inject EDI ultrapure water into the sterile water tank, or directly into the reactor.

    Step 4: According to the GB 29518-2013 diesel engine nitrogen oxide reducing agent urea aqueous solution (AUS 32) national standard formula ratio, ultrapure water is injected into 67.5% (according to 1000kg/675L per ton) through the reactor inlet water flowmeter. Turn on the automatic temperature control switch of the reactor, set the temperature to 200°C, and heat the water to between 25°C-30°C. Keep the constant temperature and turn on the stirring switch, and add 32.5% (according to 1000kg/325kg per ton) of high-purity urea raw materials into the reaction kettle through the feeder, and the water temperature will drop (about -0°C).

    Step 5: After stirring for 40 minutes, turn on the cycle for 10 minutes (the stirring cycle is carried out at the same time) to turn off the stirring cycle.

    Step 6: Do not turn off the heating system during the whole production process, after the stirring is completed, check the temperature display, and continue to heat below 10°C; When the temperature reaches 10°C-15°C, the heating system can be switched off.

    Step 7: Detect the concentration of the liquid (32.5%-33%). Step 8: After the stirring and heating are completed, stand still for 1 hour, and then the urea solution in the reaction kettle is completely dissolved and then injected into the finished product tank or filled directly.
