Product Overview
1. LW-0981 is a low-viscosity, weakly crystalline, high-purity epoxy resin, with relatively low viscosity below the melting point, and good compatibility with diagonal (amorphous) and spherical silicon powder.
2. LW-0981 is a cost-effective epoxy resin developed by our company according to the special needs of the domestic packaging market for the cost and performance requirements of gas and electrical components.
3. LW-0981 is suitable for various comprehensive requirements of high filling, high thermal conductivity, low line expansion, high adhesion, low water absorption, low stress, high heat resistance, high strength and high long-term reliability of electrical and electronic packaging.
4. The plastic molding material made by LW-0981 has good curing, formability, release hardness and release property.
5. The plastic molding material made by LW-0981 has good process operability and storage stability, and is not easy to agglomerate and precipitate crystals in the process of transportation and storage.
6. LW-0981 does not contain flame retardant components, customers can add flame retardant materials appropriately when using to achieve the effect of flame retardant, if halogen-free flame retardant is required, it is recommended to use our hexaphenoxy phosphorus cyanide halogen-free flame retardant LW-970, (see the annex for quality standards) In general, the addition amount can reach V-0 at 2~5phr (for LR-1598), and it is hoped that customers will determine the amount of use on the basis of experiments.
7. The curing agent, curing accelerator and other necessary additives used in LW-0981 are the same as those used in the current epoxy resin, please decide on the basis of experiments.
