    Reactive PU halogen-free intrinsic flame retardant LN-211 and its series of products are hydroxyl terminated 2-functional phosphorus nitrogen synergistic, reactive halogen-free intrinsic flame retardants, with a reactive group (hydroxyl) cross-linked with an equivalent amount of NCO.

    Product Overview

    Compared with traditional halogen flame retardants and additive halogen-free flame retardants, LN-211 series products have the following characteristics.

    1. High efficiency: no filler V-0 reference usage: soft foam & hard foam & leather: 8~10%, TPU & pouring body: 7~10%.

    2. Toughening: high elasticity, toughness, wear resistance, tensile, compression and tear resistance.

    3. Ceramicization: less smoke, no dripping, no combustion.

    4. In line with the EU halogen-free environmental protection ROHS and other relevant laws and regulations, combustion and decomposition products do not produce toxic halogen compounds.

    5. Permanent flame retardant: the reaction products do not migrate, do not precipitate, are insoluble in water and organic solvents, do not release toxic and irritating odor volatile organic low-molecular compound gases, do not pollute the end use environment and have side effects on safety and health in the use environment.

    6. Suitable for: directly or made into prepolymers for use in halogen-free flame-retardant PU products such as PU foams, leather, TPU, castings, adhesives, coatings, potting materials, composite materials, etc.
