Anhydride curing standard halogen-free essential flame retardant The LN-301 series products are suitable for acid anhydride cured epoxy resin halogen-free flame retardant systems, and their reaction groups undergo crosslinking reaction (curing) with an equivalent amount of epoxy resin. LN-301 is a standard product, while LN-301S is a toughened and heat-resistant product.

    Anhydride curing standard halogen-free essential flame retardant The LN-301 series products are suitable for acid anhydride cured epoxy resin halogen-free flame retardant systems, and their reaction groups undergo crosslinking reaction (curing) with an equivalent amount of epoxy resin. LN-301 is a standard product, while LN-301S is a toughened and heat-resistant product.

    Product Overview

    Compared with traditional halogen flame retardants and additive halogen-free flame retardants, LN-301 series products have the following characteristics.

    1. High efficiency: 1.6mm non-filler standard board V-0 reference usage: 12~16% of the overall material.

    2. In line with the EU halogen-free environmental protection ROHS and other relevant laws and regulations, combustion and decomposition products do not produce toxic halogen compounds.

    3. Permanent flame retardant: the reaction products do not migrate, do not precipitate, are insoluble in water and organic solvents, do not release toxic and irritating volatile organic low-molecular compound gases, do not pollute the end-use environment and have side effects on safety and health in the use environment.

    4. Toughening: high mechanical strength, toughening effect, cold resistance, cold and heat shock resistance, cracking resistance, low shrinkage, low calorific value, easy demoulding and other characteristics.

    5. Capacity increase: low viscosity, good manufacturability, can increase the amount of filler, while reducing costs, improve properties such as hardness, mold release, water resistance, and reduce linear expansion coefficient (carbonate-containing fillers are not recommended), especially for replacing red phosphorus, MCA and other ammonium salts, phosphate and other additive halogen-free flame retardant systems, can increase a large amount of filler, improve performance and reduce heat and shrinkage, without increasing or increasing the cost.

    6. Suitable for: electronic, electrical, electrical potting, pouring, winding, coating, sealing, composite materials and other halogen-free flame retardant applications of anhydride curing system.
