    Features of MIM products:

    4. The product quality is stable, the performance is reliable, the relative density of the product can reach 95% ~ 99%, and heat treatment such as carburizing, quenching, tempering and so on can be carried out, and the product has high mechanical properties such as strength, hardness and elongation, good wear resistance, fatigue resistance and uniform structure.

    Production process

    1. Product technical exchange→ product design→ mold design→ mold manufacturing

    2. Metal, ceramic powder, adhesive → mixing→ injection molding→ adhesive removal→ sintering→ deep processing (as needed) → inspection → finished products
